Mario & Ute our delightful hosts made our holiday in their beautifully-renovated bungalow a joy to return to. We have kids, they ve got 5 cats and donkeys and what's more are great with children so for hours we would not see the kids who, with Mario were getting 'donkey-therapy'. The open range in the kitchen had a non-stop fire in the grate and the wonderful meals cooked each night were a gastronomic delight and slow-kitchen as Italy gets. Homely but professional, the experience met German standards of detailed customer service with that friendly-home from home Italian feel. The bathroom is so beautiful i was amazed at the investment in the old bungalow which has a delightful 1.5 hectares of olive orchard, spice groves, poppy beds and fig trees and more. Location was great to travel to Galloipoli, Ostuni, Brindisi, Lecce etc. A MUST-RETURN to holiday home in the gorgeous white city-sandstone low wall paradise of PUGLIA ! Grazie mille Mario e Uta… torneremo in autunno !
